At Pepe Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Pepe Studio account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

Prepare the Package

Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging along with your invoice.

Ship the Items

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
